WHAT WE DO?

ACRYLIC SHEETS FOR FRAMING AND OTHER PROJECTS

Laser Cutting Services for Framing

We cut all acrylic sheets with laser. This process guarantees the best quality of the edge and protects acrylic surface from any mechanical distortion.

We custom cut any shapes you can imagine. For framing purposes, we generally cut rectangular, oval, and circular shapes. We also engrave text, drill holes, and bend acrylic sheets to your spec.

 

We supply the following types of Plexiglas:

*      Clear

*      Antiglare

*      Acrylic Mirrors

What is Acrylic? 

*        Acrylic is a plastic also known as Plexiglas. This is a trade name.

*        Can be clear or non-glare.

*        Acrylic is manufactured by extrusion or cast.

*        Cast acrylic is a higher quality than extruded and cost is much higher.

Acrylic sheets, as a rule, supplied with a thin removable film or paper on both sides for protection.

Why Acrylic?

*        Lightweight compare to glass, 50%-80% lighter.

*        Up to 10 times stronger and more shatter resistant than glass

*        Acrylic is a usual replacement for large art works.

*        Light permeability is above 90% vs. 80% for glass

*        Easy and safe to ship and hang large art works

Acrylic has some disadvantages:

*       Thicker Acrylic is more expensive than glass

*       Easy to scratch if not used properly

*       Not as easy to clean as glass

 

Below are the prices for standard sizes. Needles to say that we will custom cut any shape up to 48” x 48” size.

Due to the flactuation on the acrylic price, we reserve the right to adjust the price to the current.

Return Policy

Five days replacement guaranteed for a reported defective or incorrect item. We will also pay the replacement shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
